Edit: Oh and I googled it, apparently WoW was the first game to use that colour system.

So I had like a solid 10 hours on this again this week. Sometimes it doesn't make sense, I can see people with Street Cred bounties but don't know if I am allowed to just kill them and be okay with that gang or if there is some kind of downside to that, and I feel like everywhere I go I get phonecalls and missions, and I have that apathy towards everything the character does to the extent I actually think I hate her, however I still love the game, I wished I was playing it right now.
