Hitman season 1 (or a free Legacy upgrade for Hitman 2?)! For Honor! Some Vita/PS3 shit I never heard of!
I thought they were dropping Vita/PS3 support this month? I was hoping to make up for that we might get more PS4 games.
So, Hitman is good right? What's For Honour?
For someone with only 7 quid to his name this month, is it worth the month's pass?
Oh you lucky lucky people who haven’t played Hitman before.
PSA: load the game and export the Legacy pack from the menu. Then download the free Hitman 2 Prologue to play the whole of Hitman 1 in the Hitman 2 engine instead. You get some nice little game upgrades and the opportunity to carry your progress over if you ever decide to buy Hitman 2 as well.
Hitman 2016 and Hitman 2 are my games of the generation so far. I've put so much time into them, and didn't even remotely begrudge the opportunity to replay the entire of Hitman 2016 again (except maybe Colorado).
For Honor is a slower-paced-than-expected multiplayer brawler where you play as a knight, a Viking, or a samurai, and kick the shit out of the other factions in multiplayer strongholds. There's a bit of a LoL-style thing, where minions run to objectives and you really just have to cover them, but there's a dueling mode(?), too, which you can cheese by kicking people off bridges?
I only vaguely remember it, I played the beta ages ago, and only maybe twice. I wasn't the hugest fan.
One of those other games is Rogue Aces, which is a lovely cross between Rogue Legacy and Luftrausers, and is a great freebie. I spent a bunch of time with it last year and really enjoyed it.
Some Vita/PS3 shit I never heard of!
Yep, I've never heard of Metal Gear Solid 4 either.
Seconded on Rogue Aces, it's rather good. Was going to sign it before Curve got there. Divekick isn't bad. A very strong month.
if you ever decide to buy Hitman 2 as well
It'll undoubtedly show up in a sale sooner or later.
except maybe Colorado
I've really come around to Colorado, after spending so long with it. It's tough as nails, but really satisfying.
Dull as shit to look at, mind.

I thought they were dropping Vita/PS3 support this month?
I don't know how confirmed this was previously, but I just got an email that makes it official:
PlayStation®3 and PlayStation®Vita titles will be included in the PlayStation®Plus Monthly Games allocation until 8 March 2019.
After 8 March 2019, Monthly Games will only include PlayStation®4 titles. Any PS3™ or PS Vita Monthly Games downloaded or previously added to your Download List will remain playable for as long as your PS Plus subscription is active. What does this mean for me?
As a PS Plus member, the PS3™ and PS Vita Monthly Games for February have been released, and will be the last PS3™ and PS Vita titles you can download as part of your subscription. You can add February’s Monthly Games to your library up until 8 March 2019. You’ll continue to receive Monthly Games for PS4™ as normal.
After 8 March 2019, PS3™ and PS Vita titles will no longer be included in your Monthly Games allocation.
It'll be interesting to see if they up the number of PS4 games going forward. Although the Vita and PS3 offerings haven't been great for a while now, there were usually a couple of extra games for the PS4 each month via cross-play for the Vita titles. If they suddenly drop to two games each month then it's going to look like a poorer deal (even if most people didn't play the extras).
