I managed to visit Seonaid's island last night which was a nice surprise. When we tried before the game wouldn't let us and we had assumed it was because we were both playing off the same purchase at the same time, but last night it was fine.
So I got my awesome power suit from Mart and I can now give Seonaid the AC Switch I bought her.

As I said, the primary Switch can have any account play games bought on the primary account, while the secondary Switch can only be used by the main account. As long as you're not trying to log into Seonaid's account on both Switches simultaneously, it works fine.

Am I missing something! I just sold a lot of stuff in the dropbox, but I now have 0 bells. The 'today's total' on the dropbox shows how much I earned from the sale, but my pockets are empty.
Edit: Yeah I've just tested it again, sold some more stuff and I still have 0 bells. I can't earn money any more?

The dropbox takes your stuff and pays you the next morning. They take 10% or so.
If you sell to T&T in the shop like before you get the money straight away and without paying commission.

The game opens out quite a lot once you've built the proper Resident Services, doesn't it! Few really nice surprises, speaking as someone who's never played an AC game.

There are, God help us all, forty crafting recipes for the Egg Hell event. I have found fewer than half, but despite the seeming omnipresence of Zipper's leavings in every part of my island, I still – somehow – lacked the eggs to produce the cursed result of those few.
I fear these days will never end.

I think I'm one of the few not overly bothered by the eggy goodness going in here. But then, I did play Pocket Camp for two years and what's going on here is VERY Pocket Camp.
Shame the cherry blossom stuff is being drowned out by Zipper's bullshit, some of that furniture is really nice.
For some reason I've decided to go after the egg event stuff – and Jesus if you think the eggs were annoying before, try actually looking for the fucking things.
I've got 37 (!) of the supposed 40 (!!) recipes in this event. If I've done my maths right, you need roughly 35 of each egg to be able to make everything.

This is another element of the event that I think has been badly implemented - the eggs just don't appear at the same rates. Wood and stone eggs are pretty reliable, even if you've got to use a Nook Miles ticket to get more rocks, but water and air are a total crap shoot, while ground and leaf seem very limited.
